Looking for some design assistance with your renovation or new home? We will aid your decision making while guiding you through the process of selecting materials.
We work with your vision to create a functional and beautiful space. Design can be very basic with just assistance on coordination or can be in-depth that includes space planning and encompasses all of the finishing specifications including flooring, millwork, cabinetry, hardware, plumbing fixtures, lighting, etc.
Pricing is determined based on each project. Hourly consulting is billed at $100 an hour plus HST

We offer homeowners the ability to build their new dream home either from breaking ground or by stripping your existing home. We aid the initial design process; creating your desired home to live, work and play in! Once the plans are finalized; we handle leading you through the design selection, permit and construction processes. Not only do we utilize our years of on-site experience to navigate daily progress and problem-solving; we act as your eyes and ears on site so that you can continue to focus on your family and career. Having an impeccable relationship with your project manager not only allows you to enjoy the building process - it allows you to maintain your lifestyle. We take on 1-3 full homes (either new construction or renovation) per year; this allows us to work closely with each family to establish their dream home. We prefer quality over quantity.
